the iphone has landed...
well now you have seen everything. that's right, apple has launched their iphone. and it looks like it blows all the other mobile phones out of the water. i mean "multi-touch"- use your fingers instead of a stylus... need i say more.

Not quite. The apps and interface are awesome but the phone functionality is very average and a little disappointing. 2 megapixel camera, no 3G? It does bode well for the next generation of iPod though.
Perhaps check out chilibean too for some thoughts ... :P

now now paul... play nice! you gave it a pretty good review on chilibean... :) of course i'm still getting the htc tytn i've been drooling over, but i'm just going to peek over at that iphone every now and again... pure eye candy!

i've read the reviews and somethings are pretty impressive and somethings not- but to what degree are people raving about the product because of its label?

too true carly... all in all though, i say well done to the mac team. i mean their first phone, and they brought out a new interfacing technology at the same time. give them time and they may well be known for their phones on top of their high-quality portable music players and computers!
